You’re ready for LED lights. Now what?

LED Lowcountry uses a proven process-from audit and planning through installation and verification-to help our clients maximize efficiency and performance. Our 6 step process begins with a lighting audit to discover where energy and maintenance savings can be achieved. Our proposal will include payback and ROI estimates, rebates, and project financing options.

1. ENERGY AUDIT

Our facility audit utilizes EcoInsight licensed software to establish a baseline and to identify lighting problem areas specific to the facility. The audit software combines the flexibility and mobility of an iPad and iPhone with the power of a cloud based solution to organize and gather energy audit information in a quick, yet structured way with pictures and audio notes. Our audit will determine where savings can be achieved and provide an estimated ROI and payback.

2. PROJECT PLANNING & SPECIFICATION

Once we determine where savings can be achieved, we will recommend the specific resources and products needed. Our proposal will chart the workflow to accomplish conversion designed to minimize workplace disruption.

3. INCENTIVE/REBATE

Our team tracks and maintains a database of government and utility incentives and rebates for energy-efficient lighting products. We track available incentives at every level-federal, state and local. We will work to make sure that all available subsidies are utilized.

4. PRODUCT TESTING

Prior to full facility installation we will recommend, whenever practical, a partial installation to test the proposed solution. Our commitment is to install fixtures in each distinct product area to evaluate and confirm that the fixtures achieve the desired result. Product tests can run for up to 60 days without obligation to purchase.

5. INSTALLATION MANAGEMENT

Our commitment is to stay with your engagement from beginning to end-a single point of contact when you need an answer. We will recommend, when requested, one of our network of licensed and insured local installation contractors with product experience to help keep every project on time and on budget.

6. ONGOING PROJECT EVALUATION

After completing an energy project, we help to assure that it delivers as promised. In addition to product on-site testing, our engagement includes follow up and evaluation. We maintain a relationship-visiting as needed to verify system performance.
